I decided to buy a bank for several months and finally buy one, and I thought it was the best choice because it was a sidebar expected. Its good for a beginner, but somehow cheap. The sidebar and arm curl can not hold much weight, but still I did not expect much for $ 140. It 's more convenient benches, but could be better. The meeting was a bit 'of pain. I found a total of six hours, since I'm notvery mechanically inclined. The sidebar is designed for standard weights, but the arm curl supports both standard and Olympic. For $ 140 this is a very good purchase, but if a person who works often, I would recommend to spend a bit 'more and buy something better.
