I have this bank in December, but I wanted to try to prevent me with more strength exercises before a big competition. So I have not installed until last month.
Strengths
The bank is a very robust construction (the only bank in more robust, I found was a unit of a fitness workshop hoist local retail somewhere around $ 275) to a bank of its kind. E 'was easy to assemble (the graphs clearly identify all components and materials are provided inmarked packet), and even if I do not think this is mentioned in the literature is conducted, the bank mostly flat and could easily be stored in a closet or something to that effect.
