It was totally awesome. I give him a rating of 5 stars, especially since the installation is very simple. This bench is sturdy and comfortable. I weigh 150 and 5'7 2x50pds pushed dumbbell chest press, flat, decline, slope, so that 250pds is on the bench. No shakes, does not waver. Perfect. Also excellent for training the abs, too. I recommend this bank to others. I also want to mention is very, very compact and jump there is a link and you can work for storage. AMAZING!

So far I am very satisfied with this product. It took just over two hours to assemble, but no hurry. Had some small mistakes but nothing big. One of the hooks that the seat was folded regulated, and the tube that you can use the keypad flex arm got stuck in the paper and would not be appropriate. A couple of bites is no need to solve the problem. The tower of strength he needs a little 'lubricant and is ready to go. I found that helps keep the weight on the storage and a few rungs down the stationto maintain its stability. The bank with the other parts of the device is attatched to make it much more versatile. I put a £ 300 Weigt and seems to manage. Bech I would recommend to anyone.
