This is an excellent addition to the electricity grid PLA200X. They went together easily, with a minimum of confusion and fatigue. Using a series socket and ratchet facilitate assembly.
There are many exercises as well as LAT, which can be done with that institution. Triceps push-down and the lines are my favorites.
I commend the bottom bar should be replaced by a pivot bar mounting. This makes the work more regularly to reduce stress on wrist.
My wife and I liftWeight regularly and we both agree that a purchase was intelligent.

It fits my Curl Body-Solid bank GDIB46L too. The foam pad is comfortable, durable steel frame is solid. The only area of improvement would be to Body-Solid, to bring the budget to a little 'closer. Had at its current width (8 "), I reset my grip freely take and when to leave the weight on the wrists to keep dumbbells. If you use a wide grip bar, you should not have problems. Those who have a better control(Biceps and forearms in line with the shoulders) you can experience the same problem I have.
