I can clearly see why the package is in a sorry state to manage than others have found, this thing is heavy and the packaging is essentially a box. I do not know how to take .. are the weight! I got my good form and all the meetings was parts.The dumbbells with a hammer and certainly handles 115 pounds easily and feels very solid.
