It was totally awesome. I give him a rating of 5 stars, especially since the installation is very simple. This bench is sturdy and comfortable. I weigh 150 and 5'7 2x50pds pushed dumbbell chest press, flat, decline, slope, so that 250pds is on the bench. No shakes, does not waver. Perfect. Also excellent for training the abs, too. I recommend this bank to others. I also want to mention is very, very compact and jump there is a link and you can work for storage. AMAZING!

It 's just me it took about two hours to set everything and is very comfortable and perfect for a beginner to weight training. I actually contain four, because the tools to do so, to determine under par, at best, I use my own tools to build, if I had to spend up to 5 hours haha. In addition, written instructions are not present, but the pictures were incredible help.
